Unused product, accompanied by a receipt, with original tags in place may be returned* within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
*Clearance items will be exchanged within 30 days at current pricing.
Defective product*, within manufacturers warranty, will be sent by Sportsman Chalet to the original manufacturer. We will notify you when a repair or replacement has been received.
*We will not warranty product purchased online.
